We are seeking dynamic and self-driven professionals for the role of Relationship Manager, based in Mumbai. Ideal candidates should have 6 to 12 years of experience working with banks and broking firms.

This role will be aligned with our Syndication Desk, which focuses on structuring and managing the distribution of financial instruments-primarily loans and securities-among multiple investors and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Debt Capital Market (DCM) desks of banks, private equity funds, and other NBFCs to facilitate deal flow and syndication opportunities.

- Evaluate loan proposals through detailed financial analysis and prepare presentations for internal management review and decision-making.

- Oversee and periodically review the performance of syndicated loan portfolios to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting.

- Sound understanding / knowledge about various Financials products and Structures
