About the Role

The role involves driving sales, business development, and strategic growth of Supply Chain Finance solutions with a strong focus on co-lending structures. The incumbent will be responsible for deal origination, anchor acquisition, portfolio growth, and partnership management with financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Drive acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate anchor clients for Supply Chain Finance solutions.

- Originate and close structured financing deals including Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, Invoice Financing, and Deep Tier Financing.

- Expand the supply chain ecosystem by onboarding suppliers and distributors to grow the loan book.

- Achieve revenue, disbursement, and portfolio growth targets.

Co-Lending & Partnership Management:

- Structure and execute co-lending arrangements in partnership with banks and non-banking financial institutions.

- Manage relationships with partner institutions to ensure seamless execution and portfolio scaling.

- Align co-lending programs with regulatory and operational requirements.

Deal Structuring & Execution:

- Lead end-to-end transaction lifecycle including client pitching, term sheet discussions, credit coordination, sanction, and disbursement.

- Work closely with internal credit, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely closures.

Product & Market Strategy:

- Provide market feedback to support enhancement of Loan Management Systems and Loan Origination Systems.

- Identify new business opportunities within the Supply Chain Finance and trade finance ecosystem.

Portfolio Management:

- Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, and limit enhancements.

- Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance sales, structured trade finance, or co-lending within financial services, banking, or non-banking financial institutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related discipline. Master of Business Administration preferred.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance products and co-lending frameworks.

- Experience in structured deal execution and credit discussions.

- Familiarity with digital trade finance and lending platforms.

Core Competencies:

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

- Established relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions.

- Ability to operate independently in a target-driven environment.

- Leadership mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
