Overall Job Description:

Risk Based Supervision:

- Acting as Bank's single point of contact for onsite RBS activity

- Ensuring all queries raised by RBI SSM team (Onsite and Offsite) are handled satisfactorily and in time bound manner

- Coordination with various BUs for collating data in response to RBI queries and submitting timely response

- Carrying out Tranche III testing with the help from Compliance team and in coordination with audit team

- Follow-up with various BUs for submission of Banks response to RAR and RMP and ensuring timely submission post MD/ACB/Board approvals

- Providing clarification to BUs in coordination with RBI and setting up joint meetings

Regulatory management:

- Ensuring timely and appropriate responses to queries and mails received from RBI and other regulators by coordinating and collating data and responses from different BUs within the Bank

- Liasing with RBI, IBA etc for seeking clarifications and responses on the queries raised by BUs

- Dissemination of regulatory circulars to internal stakeholders and further circulation of actionables emanating therein and follow-up for completion of the same within the prescribed timelines

- Tracking of regulatory returns submitted by the Bank

- Acting as nodal officer of the Bank for depositories and stock exchanges, filing of prescribed related returns and handling of SCORES portal

- Handling of returns on DAKSH portal

- Dissemination of instructions received from LEAs to concerned BUs of the Bank and tracking the same till logical conclusion

- Acting as Nodal officer for Merchant Banking and Bankers to Issue activites

Education: CA, MBA preferred
