Assistant Vice President/Deputy Vice President - Relationship Management - Structured Finance

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven professionals for the role of Relationship Manager, based in Mumbai. Ideal candidates should have 8 - 12 years of experience working with banks, NBFCs, or broking firms.

This role will be aligned with our Syndication Desk, which focuses on structuring and managing the distribution of financial instruments - primarily loans and securities - among multiple investors and institutions.

Sector: Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Debt Capital Market (DCM) desks of banks, private equity funds, and other NBFCs to facilitate deal flow and syndication opportunities.

- Evaluate loan proposals through detailed financial analysis and prepare presentations for internal management review and decision-making.

- Oversee and periodically review the performance of syndicated loan portfolios to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting.

- Sound understanding of various financial products and structures.

- Internal and external Channel Management - temperament to be able to handle conflicting situations.

- CA or MBA is a must.

- Should have deal origination experience.

- Experience in structured finance is a must.
