Designation: Product Planning Manager - TFX - AVP/DVP

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5-8 years

Role & Responsibilities :

- In charge of creating new TFX product offers across locations while adhering to regulations Letters of credit, guarantees, trade loans, bank internal and outward remittances, structured trade finance solutions, and capital account transactions are examples of trade products.

- Utilizing the new product offering in conjunction with important internal stakeholders (business teams) to expand the trade and FX industry and build a solid franchise.

- Keeping an eye on statutory pendencies and compliance (EDPMS, IDPMS, FDI, and ECB reporting), and working with the appropriate teams to regularize them.

- Enhancing relationship value with existing customers by implementing competent strategies to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

- Ensuring highest service standards and speedy turnaround times for all clients.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive overall growth while reducing costs through channel migration and other mean.
