- Audit Strategy & Planning and Risk based Internal Audit

- Governance, Risk Management & Compliance

- Regulatory Compliance

- Operational & Financial Audits

- Sharing reporting and recommendations to the Audit Committee and senior leadership.

- Stakeholder & Team Management

An ideal applicant should have:

- Strong experience in internal audit with a top-tier NBFC, Bank, FinTech, or top Audit firm.

- In-depth knowledge of NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and risk frameworks.

- Strong understanding of credit risk, operational risk, and compliance structures

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
