Location: Mumbai (BKC).

Department: Internal Audit

Seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to lead and execute audits across corporate functions, including IFC testing, thematic audits, control evaluations, and audit reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Risk-Based Internal Audits across corporate functions.

- Perform Thematic Audits to ensure adherence to policies & procedures.

- Develop Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) and recommend effective controls.

- Execute IFC & Controls Testing to validate control efficiency.

- Prepare and present Internal Audit Reports with findings & recommendations.

- Lead Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP) for audit processes

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA preferred

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in Risk-Based Internal Audit & IFC testing

- Strong report drafting and stakeholder management

- Solid analytical and regulatory knowledge

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
