Assistant Vice President/Deputy Vice President - Compliance Testing Manager - Bank

This is regarding job opportunity with leading private bank.

Designation: Compliance Testing Manager - AVP/DVP

Experience: 5-15 years

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop new system rules to automate continuous testing of regulatory responsibilities and examine exceptions.

- Execute and guarantee prompt delivery of Compliance Reviews, including Branch Reviews, in accordance with the ACB-approved review plan that is in line with RBI and other regulations.

- Perform RBS Tranche III Testing in accordance with RBI's recommendations for Risk-Based Supervision.

- Present the results to the audit committee and senior management.

- Incorporate automation techniques and data analytics to improve testing effectiveness.

- Conduct thorough evaluations of systems, products, and procedures to find weaknesses and suggest fixes.

- Conduct control validations, process, product, and system walkthroughs, and sample checks.

- Maintain a consolidated testing results repository for internal and regulatory audits.

- Create Compliance Review Reports that emphasize findings, underlying issues, and corrective actions.
