Role Overview:

We are working on an exclusive mandate with a leading NBFC to hire an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional at the AVP/DVP level. This is a strategic role responsible for driving the organization's rewards philosophy, compensation programs, and executive compensation initiatives while partnering closely with business and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies across the organization.

- Manage the end-to-end ESOP lifecycle, including grants, vesting, exercises, employee communication, and governance.

- Design and administer annual incentive plans, sales incentive programs, and variable pay frameworks aligned with business objectives.

- Drive annual compensation benchmarking and market intelligence using reputed salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness.

- Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus planning.

- Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation strategy for key talent hiring and retention.

- Develop compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and salary band architecture.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal governance, and regulatory guidelines related to compensation programs.

- Generate compensation analytics, MIS, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making.

- Work closely with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of reward programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-15+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a large NBFC, Bank, Financial Services organization, or a reputed consulting firm.

- Strong experience managing ESOPs, incentive design, variable pay, and executive compensation.

- Hands-on exposure to salary benchmarking, compensation surveys (Mercer, Aon, WTW, etc.), and job evaluation.
