Assistant Vice President/Deputy Vice President - Co-Lending

- Banking/FI Alliances: Explore Co-lending tie up/Alliances with Banks/FI/NBFCs.

- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain a systematic process for SPFPL's outreach and relationship management with existing partner Banks/NBFCs ensuring strong and mutually beneficial partnership.

- Business Growth: Build and nurture commercial relationships and follow ups with Co-lending partners to drive business growth.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Internal teams (Business, Credit, Ops, Finance, legal) to align alliances and Co-lending partnership objectives/ Processes/ Documentation.

- Document preparation: Co-lending partnership/strategic Alliances Pitch deck preparation, Bank note/proposal preparation.

Required Skills/Experience:

- 8 to 14 years of relevant work experience in Banking, alliances or Partnership.

- MBA Finance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

- In-depth knowledge of BFSI sector, Relevant RBI guidelines/regulations, best practices and reading and interpretation of Financial Statements.

- Proficient in MS Office suite
