About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President - Delivery & Operations (Content) to lead large-scale content delivery operations across global clients, universities, and higher education institutions.

The role will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, operational scalability, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability across content and learning portfolios, including digital learning, course development, assessments, instructional design, publishing, and education solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale content and learning programs for global clients.

- Manage engagements with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions.

- Drive execution of course development, assessment development, digital learning, instructional design, and content production programs.

- Own delivery operations, revenue portfolios, P&L, cost optimization, utilization, and margin improvement initiatives.

- Manage strategic client relationships, account growth, project execution, and resource planning.

- Establish delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, governance processes, and quality standards.

- Lead and mentor large delivery teams while building scalable capabilities.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflow adoption.

- Ensure compliance with quality, security, data privacy, and operational governance requirements.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 18 - 25+ years of overall experience with 8 - 10+ years in senior leadership roles.

- Experience as VP / Sr. VP / Head of Delivery / Operations in EdTech, digital learning, content services, publishing, or related education services.

- Experience managing global clients, with exposure to higher education universities and colleges preferred.

- Strong experience in content delivery, course development, assessment programs, and digital learning solutions.

- Experience managing large-scale delivery teams (100+ members; 500+ preferred).

Proven experience managing:

- Revenue portfolios of USD 5M+ preferred

- Delivery P&L and profitability

- Account management

- Project management

- Resource planning

Education:

- Bachelors degree required.

- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
