Assistant Vice President - Debt Management

About the Role:

This is a business leadership role focused on managing collections and debt recovery through a data and technology-driven approach rather than traditional manual methods. The candidate will own the P&L for a portfolio of lender accounts and run it like an independent business.

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for owning the revenue, Gross Profit, and overall performance of a portfolio of lender accounts. The role combines strategic thinking, collection expertise, and technology adoption to build smarter, more effective recovery strategies powered by AI and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the revenue, Gross Profit, and performance of the lender portfolio.

- Design bucket-wise, lender-specific collection strategies based on borrower behavior and portfolio trends.

- Define how AI voice, AI chat, Digital channels, and human advisors work together for maximum efficiency.

- Lead collections to improve productivity, contact rates, and repayment commitments.

- Use data analytics to identify patterns and opportunities across borrower interactions.

- Share ground-level insights to help shape product features and strategy.
