Assistant Vice President - Data Analytics & AI Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

- Mobilize GCOE capabilities to deliver the Data, Analytics & AI strategy.

- Partner with GBS Data, Analytics & AI teams to execute strategic priorities, including data ingestion, integration, asset creation, and reporting.

- Lead agile delivery of data and AI initiatives, managing backlogs, prioritization, and execution.

- Implement a modern data & analytics platform, ensuring best practices in data modeling, visualization, and UX.

- Drive data governance, profiling, and remediation of data quality issues.

- Deliver AI / Gen AI use cases to boost efficiency, agility, and insights.

- Mentor and train the GCOE team while staying ahead of industry best practices.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Data management, Data Science, Data Analytics, strategy, and delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra (Informatica, Reltio a plus).

- Hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, and UI/UX principles.

- Deep knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (GDPR/CCPA).

- Proven success in Agile delivery of data products and use case-driven backlog management.

- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
