Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Cyber Security leader to drive and scale the Cyber Security Practice for a growing IT Services organization. The role will be responsible for building cybersecurity capabilities, driving consulting and managed security services, supporting pre-sales and solutioning, managing enterprise client relationships, and leading large-scale security transformation engagements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities across Cyber Security consulting, SOC/SIEM, Cloud Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Vulnerability Management, and Managed Security Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership

- Build, grow, and lead the Cyber Security Practice across consulting, implementation, and managed services.

- Define cybersecurity service offerings, GTM strategy, delivery frameworks, and capability roadmap.

- Drive practice P&L, revenue growth, utilization, margins, and customer success.

- Create reusable accelerators, security frameworks, and solution offerings.

Business Development & Pre-sales and P&L Owner

- Partner with sales and leadership teams to drive cybersecurity business growth.

- Lead client discussions, solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal creation.

- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, and enterprise stakeholders to understand security transformation requirements.

- Own end-to-end presales activities including estimation, solution architecture, and bid strategy.

Delivery & Operations

- Oversee delivery of Cyber Security projects and managed services engagements.

- Ensure delivery excellence across SOC, SIEM, IAM, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, VAPT, and GRC programs.

- Govern SLAs, KPIs, compliance standards, risk management, and operational efficiency.

- Lead escalation management and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Team & Capability Building

- Build and mentor high-performing cybersecurity teams across consulting and delivery functions.

- Hire, train, and develop cybersecurity talent aligned with business growth.

- Drive competency development, certifications, and knowledge management initiatives.

Technology & Innovation

- Stay updated with evolving cyber threats, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

- Drive strategic partnerships with cybersecurity OEMs and platform providers.

- Lead innovation initiatives around AI-driven security, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and Security Automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 16+ years of overall experience in Cyber Security with strong exposure to enterprise security environments.

- Proven experience in leading Cyber Security Practices or large security delivery organizations.

Strong expertise across:

- SOC / SIEM

- Cloud Security

- IAM / PAM

- Network & Endpoint Security

- Vulnerability Management

- GRC & Compliance

- Security Operations

- Incident Response

- Security Architecture

- Strong understanding of security tools and platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Zscaler, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.

- Experience managing large enterprise customers and global delivery teams.

- Strong presales, solutioning, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer preferred.

- Experience working with global customers across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Retail domains.

- Exposure to managed security services and shared services environments will be an advantage.
