As an Assistant Vice President - Customer Relationship, you will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth through strategic planning, innovative approaches and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer loyalty, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development Strategy:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the company's objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth.

2. Lead Generation:

- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and online and offline platforms.

- Develop and manage a database of high-potential leads and prospective clients.

3. Client Acquisition:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for business expansion.

- Analyze customer feedback and market dynamics to recommend adjustments to product offerings and strategies.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and advisory services, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

- Provide input and support to cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.

6. Revenue Generation:

- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development initiatives.

- Develop and implement pricing strategies in coordination with the finance team.

7. Networking and Industry Engagement:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence in the real estate sector.

- Engage with HNIs, corporate clients, and other influential stakeholders to drive premium business opportunities.

8. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business strategies.

9. End-to-End Sales Process Management:

- Own the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to post-sale client satisfaction.

- Ensure that each stage of the sales process is optimized and aligned with business goals.

10. Customer Loyalty & Reference Program:

- Develop and implement a customer reference and loyalty program.

- Encourage existing customers to refer new clients through structured incentives and engagement strategies.

Key Requirements

- Proven ability to drive business development, lead generation, and client acquisition.

- Strong experience in managing High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients and corporate relationships.

- Ability to design and implement innovative customer loyalty and referral programs.

- Skilled in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.

- Strong negotiation, deal-closure, and revenue-generation skills.

- Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to represent the company at industry forums, networking events, and conferences.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

- 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong professional network within real estate, HNI, and corporate client segments.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.


- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.

- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales and business development teams.
