We are looking for a seasoned Credit Manager to lead credit risk assessments for large corporate clients. This role requires strong expertise in evaluating complex credit proposals, structured transactions, and maintaining a high-quality corporate credit portfolio in line with the bank's risk appetite and regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the credit risk function for large corporate exposures.

- Conduct independent and detailed credit assessments of large corporate clients and provide recommendations aligned with the bank's risk appetite.

- Work closely with business teams to evaluate credit proposals, industry risks, and transaction structures.

- Ensure all credit facilities are reviewed and approved in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Identify, assess, and recommend mitigation strategies for risks in corporate finance and structured credit transactions.

- Monitor credit exposures and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory limits.

- Own and drive credit policies and procedures, including recommending enhancements and ensuring implementation.

- Evaluate structured transactions across term lending and trade finance, ensuring appropriate risk mitigants.

- Provide advisory support to business and support functions on credit-related matters.

- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during credit reviews and audits.

- Support all regulatory and compliance requirements related to credit risk.

Key Requirements (Mandatory):

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- Strong experience in handling Large Corporate Credit (must have exposure to large corporate clients)

- Proven experience in credit appraisal, financial analysis, and structured transactions for large corporates

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and credit risk management practices

- Ability to independently evaluate complex credit proposals

Preferred Experience:

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk/Corporate Banking

- Exposure to structured finance and trade finance transactions

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
