Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assessment and structuring of various transactions irrespective of sector.
- Managing end-to-end loan sanction processes right from information analyzing, structuring, including in-depth analysis of financial statements, cash flow projections, developer group profiles and project data to evaluate credit risk and presenting to the Committee
- Prepare detailed credit reports, highlighting key risks, strengths, and loan structuring recommendations.
- Analyzing and preparing financial models, identify key drivers affecting the industry
- Perform post-sanction activities, including disbursement, covenant checks and preparation of periodic monitoring reports (monthly project reviews, quarterly management presentations etc.) and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures. Preparation of periodic sector reports and stress tests of the portfolio
- Coordinate with internal / external asset monitoring, technical, legal, compliance vendors.
- Ensure all credit approvals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support in preparation of presentations for management reporting, credit committee meetings etc.
- Periodic review of portfolio
- Handling audit queries for the portfolio
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry risks that could impact portfolio.
Additional Skills Required
- Knowledge of corporate banking products, loan agreements, and credit documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in credit management.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
