Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked Associate Vice President - Industry Partnerships to lead Erekrut's enterprise outreach and deepen our engagement with top corporates across sectors including IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Retail. This is a senior leadership, CXO-facing role suited for a strategic thinker with strong business development acumen and deep relationships within the HR and recruitment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic partnerships with large corporates for fresher and lateral hiring mandates through Erekrut's platform.

- Establish and nurture high-impact relationships with CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads, and Talent Acquisition leaders.

- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their hiring needs and aligning Erekrut's solutions accordingly.

- Collaborate closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive growth via exclusive partnerships, virtual hiring drives, and co-branded campaigns.

- Represent Erekrut at industry forums, conferences, and CXO-level meetings.

- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of partnerships.

- Maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, with regular reporting on key performance metrics and business impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise partnerships, corporate sales, or HR consulting.

- Demonstrated success in building relationships and closing large-value deals with CHROs, CXOs, or Heads of Talent.

- Strong network across industries, with deep understanding of the corporate hiring ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic negotiation skills.

- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution in fast-paced environments.

- Prior exposure to HR-tech, EdTech, recruitment platforms, or skilling programs is preferred.
