Assistant Vice President - Corporate Funding

Description: A Leading Talent Research Firm is mandated to hire for Mumbai Location.

We are looking for an experienced professional to analyze and underwrite corporate finance proposals for large manufacturing and corporate clients. The role involves end-to-end credit evaluation, risk assessment, portfolio management, and close coordination with business, credit committees, and internal stakeholders.

Job Description:

- Support and co-partner with credit and business teams to manage end to end approvals in committee

- Finalize after review of credit memos, underwrite cases and present the same to committee members.

- Liaise with other divisional stake holders, viz. legal, compliance, operations, business and others at the branch level as well as central.

- Monitor and oversee PDD management and ensure timely reporting and adherence to the thresholds.

- Undertake sectoral analysis, follow, research and keep updating assigned Industries / Sectors.

- Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs, policy thresholds, and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team and improving upon processing efficiency of the HUB

- Engage in development, review, update and preparation of TCL policies.

- MBA/ CA or Equivalent

- At least 5+ years of experience - except exposure to Roads, Renewables and Real Estate Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred.
