A valued client of Innoquest Consulting, specializing in Healthcare BPM services, is looking to hire an AVP for a corporate finance role based in Bangalore.
Role Overview:
As the AVP-Corporate Finance for our Bangalore-based BPM operations, you will serve as a strategic financial architect, steering the fiscal health and long-term growth trajectory of the organization. You will work closely with the C-suite and regional business heads to translate complex operational data into actionable financial insights, ensuring that our service delivery models remain profitable and scalable. By bridging the gap between BPO operational metrics and corporate financial strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving capital efficiency, mitigating enterprise-wide risks, and identifying inorganic growth opportunities that solidify our market leadership. This position is central to shaping our financial narrative and ensuring sustainable value creation for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end corporate finance function, including long-range planning and budgeting, to ensure the organization meets its aggressive growth targets and margin expectations.
- Partner with BPO operations leadership to analyze unit economics, optimize cost structures, and drive margin expansion across diverse service lines.
- Spearhead M&A activities, including target identification, rigorous financial due diligence, and post-merger integration, to accelerate our inorganic expansion strategy.
- Design and implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational exposures in a high-volume, global delivery environment.
- Oversee treasury operations, capital allocation, and cash flow management to maintain a healthy balance sheet and support ongoing investment in technology and infrastructure.
- Present high-impact financial performance reviews and strategic recommendations to the Board and executive leadership to guide critical business decisions.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial models, corporate restructuring, and capital budgeting within the BPM or ITES sector.
- Proven ability to navigate high-stakes M&A transactions, from initial valuation to successful deal closure and integration.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance business partners.
- Strong analytical acumen in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing financial controls that drive bottom-line results.
- A background as a Chartered Accountant or an MBA from a premier business school, providing a solid foundation in accounting standards and strategic finance.
- High adaptability to a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, requiring a proactive approach to team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- 13 to 22 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with a specific focus on the BPO/BPM industry.
