Division: Human Resources
Position Description:
- Own and drive the entire branding for talent for APAC to position COMPANY as an Employer of choice.
- This includes internal and external talent communication through various channels, also leveraging social media and PR Essential
Qualifications: Degree in any discipline with excellent command over English language and a high proficiency in creating impactful presentations
Specialized Qualifications: Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Journalism preferred
Experience: 12+ years, with experience working with global stakeholders and managing a team
Location and Work Schedule: Chennai (work from office).
Mostly general shift.
Organization Structure:
This role reports to Director - Human Resources & Communications and will have content writer and designer reporting in Responsibilities:
- Design and anchor company's Employee value proposition
Be the champion of corporate branding
- Strengthen the brand image for attracting and retaining talent o
- Lead the development and delivery of informative and engaging internal communications including leadership communication and employee communication
- Anchor internal communication platforms like blogs, newsletters etc.
- Assist all departments on internal communications and branding campaigns
- Effectively brand with campuses where we hire from
- Anchor company's external communication and digital media strategy, including social media, for maximum leverage
- Create opportunities for the leadership team to maintain a visible and positive profile in social media
- Partner with PR agency for effective branding in all forms of media
- Associate with forums and industry pioneers to brand in speaker sessions and events
- Actively participate in award nominations and enable wins for the company
- Support preparation of high impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare corporate literature like Company Profile, Brochures, Fact Sheets, Brand documents etc
- Coach and lead the Communications team
Skills and competencies:
- Deep subject matter expertise in communications with good experience in multiple types of media engagement
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills; experience working with senior leaders
- High degree of organization and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with often overlapping and demanding deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Effective vendor management and budgeting skills
