Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, informed by research, customer needs, and competitive insights.


- Collaborate with product, sales, and crossfunctional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and measurable outcomes.


- Create compelling, targeted content across multiple channels while managing budgets to maximize ROI.


- Use analytics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and support datadriven decision making.


- Advise on policy development, influence decision making, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness and risk management.


- Lead teams by setting objectives, coaching employees, and demonstrating leadership behaviors that inspire, align, and develop others.


- Guide collaborative assignments, consult on complex issues, and strengthen governance through new policies and controls.


- Communicate complex information effectively, engage stakeholders, and influence outcomes across the organization.


Requirements:


- Preference to Fintech or Product company experience.


- Extensive expertise in UX writing, copywriting, and content design, producing clear, engaging, and accessible content aligned with brand standards.


- Proven experience working in agile teams alongside designers, product owners, and compliance stakeholders, ensuring collaboration across complex business structures, particularly within financial services.


- Skilled in leveraging specialist tools such as Figma and GenAI, while contributing to and maintaining design systems and content guidelines for scalable delivery.


- Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels, resolving conflicts constructively and advocating for customer interests.


- Deep knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and inclusivity, combined with the capability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively across diverse audiences.


- Understanding of app development pipelines and confidence in championing brand tone of voice through workshops, presentations, and reviews.
