Role : AVP - Consumer Insights ( Analytics) - KPO / BPO / ITeS
Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing delivery across multiple analytics workstreams such as digital analytics, social media analytics, SEO, consumer insights, reporting and dashboards.
- Understand the business, industry context and apply digital and marketing analytics concepts to provide business solutions. Understand functional and technical requirements from the client.
- Prepare insights from various digital, marketing and CRM data sources. Present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Lead strategic analytics delivery for clients across the globe. Ensure quality assurance of all work products by team, adherence to delivery timelines and contractual SLAs
- Drive value adds to the client by undertaking right projects and measuring impact (uplift in engagement etc)
- Manage a team of analysts. Responsible for mentoring, planning career growth for the resources
- Establish best project management practices, leverage tools to track tasks and issues
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
- PG / MBA with 10+ years of experience in managing analytics delivery. End to End understanding of analytics lifecycle and experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Customer Insights & Reporting with high exposure to international clients (in direct client facing roles)
- Experience in Analytics delivery, stakeholder management, project management, demand prioritization, resource allocation
- Strategic thinker with excellent skills in planning, team leadership and client communications.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in Marketing Platforms, especially in Analytics
- Familiar with data querying and manipulation - SQL, Big Query
- Strong aptitude in working and generating insights from diverse data sources - digital, social, campaign, CRM, and broader marketing analytics datasets
- Hands-on experience in designing analytics implementation solutions
- Knowledge of FMCG industries would be an added Advantage.
- Working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau / Power BI/Data Studio
- Familiarity with offline data, survey, CRM and transaction datasets
- Hands on experience in Adobe Analytics / Kantar Track
- Social Media tools like Talkwalker and Hootsuite
- Excellent Power point and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to understand the business context
- Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment
