Assistant Vice President - Compliance - NBFC

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Handle regulatory compliance specifically relating to RBI compliances, Capital markets, stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies and supportive role to NBFC compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To manage and ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI and other applicable capital market regulations ensuring all activities conform to regulatory requirements.

- Conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, FEMA, PMLA, and other regulatory guidelines.

- Track and interpret regulatory updates, circulars, and notifications; evaluate their impact on business operations relating to capital markets.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Interpretation of regulatory guidelines

- Conducting compliance reviews, testing and assessments

- Coordination with stakeholders

- Good communication and articulation skills
