We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Vice President - Compensation & Benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compensation strategies, market trends, and regulatory compliance requirements in the finance industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and talent acquisition goals. - Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Design and implement innovative incentive and recognition programs to drive employee engagement, performance, and retention. - Collaborate with HR business partners and finance teams to establish budgetary guidelines and cost-effective solutions for compensation and benefits initiatives. - Lead the annual salary review process, including benchmarking, merit increase recommendations, and bonus payouts. - Provide guidance and support to managers and HR teams on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary negotiations, and equity considerations. - Partner with external vendors and consultants to evaluate and enhance our benefits offerings, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. - Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and compliance with statutory requirements. - Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Stay abreast of changes in legislation and market practices related to compensation and benefits, and proactively recommend adjustments to our programs as needed.
