Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Leader to head the C&B function for a leading global IT Services organization. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and rewards strategies that align with the companys business objectives and talent philosophy.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and deep expertise in managing complex compensation structures across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and governance of compensation and benefits programs across India and global regions.

- Drive annual compensation planning, including salary reviews, variable pay, promotions, and retention programs.

- Benchmark compensation practices with market trends to ensure competitiveness.

- Partner with business and HR leadership to develop total rewards strategies aligned with business priorities.

- Manage executive compensation, long-term incentives, and ESOP programs.

- Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations and internal audit controls.

- Lead automation and analytics initiatives to strengthen data-backed decision-making.

- Provide consultation on C&B matters for M&A, restructuring, and critical talent decisions.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence in rewards management.

Desired Profile:

- 20 + years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within large IT / ITES / Technology / Professional Services organizations.

- Strong exposure to C&B strategy, design, governance, and analytics.

- Proven experience in executive compensation, ESOPs, and incentive design.

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering skills.

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute preferred.
