
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
- Manage job architecture including job descriptions, evaluations, and salary structures aligned to market benchmarks
- Drive annual compensation cycles, including short-term and long-term incentive plans (STI/LTI), ESOPs, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Leverage HR analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret data; build dashboards and reports to generate actionable insights
- Partner with business and cross-functional teams to align total rewards strategy and analytics with organizational goals
- Develop and update HR policies, while staying current with industry trends and best practices in total rewards and HR analytics
- Must have Indian C&B exp.
