Assistant Vice President - Commercial Operations - NBFC

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Commercial & Secondary Business governance within a Leasing / Asset Finance / NBFC environment.

Location: Mumbai - 5 Days Working (WFO)

Qualifications:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / Postgraduate in Finance or Operations

- Exposure to leasing, asset finance, or structured finance preferred

- This is a leadership role focused on End-of-Term (EOT) management, MIS & Board reporting, secondary cash flows, audits, budgeting, and system enablement, ensuring strong controls, transparency, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Board & MIS reporting with high accuracy and timeliness

- Drive End-of-Term (EOT) governance and closure efficiency

- Monitor secondary debtors, overdue and no-billing cases

- Lead audit query resolution and maintain audit-ready documentation

- Support annual budgeting, portfolio reviews, and budget vs actual analysis

- Act as business SPOC for system / secondary module enhancements

- Ensure timely foreclosure proposals, closures, and MIS trackers

- Monitor and control deposit refunds

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in Leasing / Asset Finance / NBFCs

- Strong exposure to commercial operations, lease lifecycle, EOT / closures

- Excellent MIS, reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination skills

- Good understanding of FMV lease structures

- Ability to work independently and engage confidently with senior management
