Role Overview:

As the Assistant Vice President - Collection Analytics, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our collections framework, serving as the bridge between data-driven insights and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior leadership, risk management teams, and technology stakeholders to design and implement sophisticated strategies that optimize recovery rates and minimize credit losses. This role is pivotal in transforming our collection processes through advanced analytics and automation, directly impacting the company bottom line and ensuring the health of our lending portfolio. You will be based in our Gurgaon office, leading high-impact initiatives that define how we engage with customers and manage delinquency across diverse product segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive collection strategies that leverage predictive modeling to improve roll rates and recovery efficiency across the entire lending lifecycle.

- Lead the end-to-end transformation of collection workflows by integrating automation tools that reduce manual intervention and enhance team productivity.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in risk and business units to align collection policies with overall portfolio management objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify emerging delinquency trends, providing actionable intelligence to senior management for proactive risk mitigation.

- Oversee the performance of collection agencies and internal teams by establishing robust KPIs and monitoring frameworks that ensure consistent adherence to business goals.

Required Skillset:
