Wealth Management Business dealing with UHNI Clients

Work Location: Delhi Aerocity

Reports to: Head of Client Service - North & East

Education: Bachelors in commerce (B.Com) / MBA in Finance or Economics or any related field | Certifications (if any) NISM VI

Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with Wealth management software like CRM, Wealth Spectrum, BSE Star etc.

- Reasonable understanding of wealth products, policies, and regulations to effectively address customer queries and concerns.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ensure that investment and other transactions processed for clients are error free and have no negative financial impact on the firm.

- Make available accurate and timely investment performance data like portfolio analytics, attribution and performance information as required.

- Support Wealth Managers identify and capitalize opportunities within existing accounts to enhance the proposition made available to clients and revenue for the firm.

- Ensure that resources are utilized in an optimum manner.

- Serve as a SPOC to service inquiries and fulfill client requests in a timely and proactive manner.

- Retain all the existing clients by upholding the highest standards of conduct and service.

- Achieve high client satisfaction scores and Net Promoter scores and improve them on a year-on-year basis.

- Maintain the incidences of client complaints to bare minimum and remediate complaints if any within the defined TAT.

- Support in preparing analysis/documentation for client meetings, performing research as necessary to ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately.

- Build awareness amongst clients on services offered by the firm.

- Transfer insights that aid the enhancement of client experience and internal efficiencies on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders.

- Comply with regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure that the firm achieves the desired assurance, audit and regulatory review and rating.

- Contribute to systematization and platform strengthener to achieve scale and sustainability.

- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Manage financial, regulatory and reputational risk for the firm and its clients prudently.

People:

- Foster teamwork and collaboration at all levels of the organization.

- Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure successful outcomes.

- Spend time on knowledge enhancing initiatives and secure mandatory certifications and licenses, wherever applicable; adhere to the personal development plan.
