Assistant Vice President - Client Acquisition - BFSI

They are not just changing how insurance is bought - they are redefining how protection is built, delivered, and experienced across every corner of India.

About the Role :

Client is seeking results-driven professional to lead or be part of the client acquisition team and relationship management in the NBFC, MFI, and lending ecosystem. This team focuses on driving growth in our Insurance Broking and Technology business by acquiring and managing large and mid-level accounts, including MFIs, NBFCs, Lending Partners, and Brokers.

What you will do :

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the NBFC, MFI, brokers, and credit lending space, focusing on promoting and selling Group Insurance Solutions like Group Credit Life.

- Maintain a strong lead pipeline to maximize revenue through new clients, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.

- Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery of Group Credit Life or other products.

- Collaborate across departments, including Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Group Life, Credit Life, General insurance & Insurance Tech.

- Own the P&L performance of client accounts, focusing on topline growth, margin optimization, and renewals.
