Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Change Management leader to spearhead organizational transformation initiatives across complex, multi-geography environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing the human side of change for large-scale programs, with a focus on HR transformation, process re-engineering, and enterprise consulting engagements. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate change management theory into actionable frameworks that deliver measurable adoption, engagement, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management strategy for enterprise transformation programs, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Partner with program leadership to define change vision, success metrics, and adoption KPIs aligned to business objectives.
- Develop and implement structured change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) tailored to project and cultural context.
- Create and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to drive alignment and address resistance across all organizational levels.
- Oversee communication planning, ensuring timely, consistent, and impactful messaging across multiple channels.
- Design and deliver training programs, capability building sessions, and change champion networks to embed change readiness.
- Conduct impact assessments, change risk analysis, and readiness evaluations to inform decision-making.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align change strategies with people development, performance management, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior business leaders on cultural transformation and leadership alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles for enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Proven track record in managing HR transformation, technology implementations, and large consulting-led change engagements.
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior, people development, and cultural transformation.
- Hands-on expertise with recognized change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, and negotiation skills with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess change impact and measure adoption success.
- Experience working in management consulting, HR advisory, or global transformation programs highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in PROSCI Change Management or equivalent.
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Experience in multi-country transformation programs within large enterprises.
