Assistant Vice President - Business Strategy - General Insurance - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Department: Business Strategy and Solutions group.

Line of Business: Motor.

Location: Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Parallel understanding of product technicalities, basic technology concepts and the distribution landscape.

- Knowledge of general insurance (GI) market landscape.

- Interact and coordinate with internal teams such as Underwriting, Actuarial and Operations to ensure smooth execution of processes.

- Coordination with sales and technology teams for product development and distribution.

- Ensure excellent customer experience for the product.

- Strong process understanding is essential.

- Conduct benchmarking of competitor products, processes, and best practices to maintain market competitiveness.

- End-to-end process ownership of one or more products.
