Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Manager / AVP - Business Strategy to work closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) in driving business strategy, growth initiatives, performance management, and strategic execution across business verticals.

The role will involve working with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, analyze business performance, develop strategic plans, and ensure effective execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the CBO on business strategy, planning, and execution of key strategic initiatives.

- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Analyze business performance across products, regions, channels, and customer segments.

- Prepare MIS, dashboards, business reviews, and management presentations for senior leadership.

- Track key business KPIs, targets, revenue, profitability, productivity, and growth metrics.

- Identify business gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.

- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting exercises.

- Drive cross-functional strategic projects involving Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology.

- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely closure of action items.

- Develop business cases and financial models for new products, markets, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

- Support the CBO in preparing Board, Management Committee, and leadership-level presentations.

- Conduct periodic business reviews with key stakeholders and provide actionable insights.

- Establish frameworks for tracking strategic initiatives and measuring business impact.

- Work with business teams to improve processes, productivity, customer acquisition, and overall profitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Financial Services preferred.

- Candidates with experience working directly with CBO / CEO / Business Head / CXO office will be preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute preferred
