AVP- Business Solution Architect,

Role Specification:

To provide solution to the team & do presales sales support,

Top Key Deliverables:

Generative AI/ Agentic AI Implementation:

- Lead the design and architecture of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients across F&A domains.

- Build LLM-driven workflows, autonomous agents, and multi-step decisioning frameworks aligned with business outcomes.

- Translate client challenges into AI-led business use cases, accelerators, and reusable solution components.

F&A Domain specific(AP Suite, RTR, OTC, S2P, PTP):

- Architect end-to-end processes leveraging Automation, GenAI, and digital tools.

- Define target operating models (TOM) for finance processes with a strong focus on straight-through processing and controllership.

- Drive FTE reduction, cycle-time improvement, and compliance uplift through digital interventions.

Presales & sales support:

- Lead solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals.

- Partner with sales and client partners to develop value propositions, cost models, and transformation roadmaps.

- Present solutions to CXO-level stakeholders and ensure alignment with Genpact's solution standards.

- Own solution governance, risk identification, and mitigation planning.

Client Interaction & Consulting /advisory:

- Conduct diagnostic assessments, maturity analysis, and AI-readiness evaluations.

- Advise clients on GenAI adoption strategy, operating model changes, and business case definition.

- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders (CFO, Transformation Director, Finance Head)
