Senior Manager / AVP - Business Planning & Analysis

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager / AVP Business Planning & Analysis. The individual will work closely with business leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast paced, high-growth environment. The role requires strong operational expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, process excellence, and the ability to generate actionable business insights through data.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance & Management:

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall business health.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and identify on-ground sales challenges.

- Develop and implement strategies to address issues and improve sales effectiveness.

Strategic Project:

- Lead and execute ad hoc strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

- Work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems and support decision-making.

Business Reporting:

- Own and manage regular reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly business reviews).

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, Sales Managers (SM), Zonal Managers (ZM) and corporate leaders to drive business objectives.

- Present insights, recommendations, and business updates in a clear and concise manner.

Presentation & Communication:

- Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.

- Translate complex data into compelling business narratives.

Education & Experience:

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, analytics, consulting and related roles.
