About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Leader to drive strategic growth for an AI-powered dubbing platform that enables high-quality multilingual content production across 30+ languages.
This role will be responsible for building and executing the global go-to-market strategy, expanding partnerships across media companies, studios, OTT platforms, content creators, and enterprises, and driving revenue across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, global market exposure, and experience selling technology solutions to media or content ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Define and execute the global business development strategy across India and international markets.
- Identify high-value market opportunities across media, entertainment, OTT, gaming, education, and enterprise content sectors.
- Develop market entry strategies for new geographies and strategic segments.
Partnerships & Enterprise Sales
- Build and manage relationships with studios, OTT platforms, production houses, digital creators, and global content companies.
- Drive enterprise partnerships and long-term commercial agreements.
- Lead complex deal negotiations and strategic alliances.
Revenue & Pipeline Development
- Build a strong global revenue pipeline across domestic and international markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue growth targets and expansion goals.
Ecosystem Development
- Establish partnerships with content networks, creator ecosystems, localization partners, and technology platforms.
- Represent the company at global industry events, media forums, and strategic networking platforms.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Provide market insights and feedback to refine product positioning and offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales.
- Experience in media tech, SaaS, AI platforms, content localization, OTT ecosystem, or digital media.
- Strong exposure to international markets and cross-border partnerships.
- Proven ability to close strategic deals and build enterprise relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing technology-driven environment.
