Assistant Vice President - Business Development - B2B Sales - Mutual Fund/Securities

Description: We are hiring for a client of InnoQuest into Asset and wealth management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support the companys distribution initiatives and build strong relationships with key distributors.

- Increase market share and visibility among selected key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment.

- Conduct joint calls with Distributor RMs in a competitive market and assist them with documentation.

- Share key market intelligence with the Products and Investment teams.

- Liaise with the Investment team for investment ideas, distributor visits, conference calls, etc.

- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

- Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and maintain brand integrity at all times.

- Follow applicable KYC norms and other regulatory requirements.

- Complete mandatory certifications and participate in knowledge-upgradation initiatives.

- Stay updated on new products, market developments, and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualification:

- MBA / Postgraduate degree or equivalent.

Experience:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
