Assistant Vice President - Business Development/Appraisal - Wholesale Lending - CA/IIM/FMS/MDI

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive business development and loan origination for wholesale lending.

- Perform financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investment and lending opportunities.

- Handle project financing and appraisals, ensuring sound credit assessment.

- Conduct credit risk analysis, credit appraisals, and manage deal closures efficiently.

- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Analyse financial statements to assess the health and viability of borrowers.

- Demonstrate proven experience in term lending across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, NBFCs, and related industries.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA/CA from a premier institute.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leading NBFC or Bank.
