We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Planning (BCP) professional to lead and strengthen enterprise-wide resilience frameworks. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies to ensure operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, policies, and procedures
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across business units
- Design and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Lead crisis management planning and incident response coordination
- Conduct BCP testing, tabletop exercises, and simulation drills; ensure timely remediation of gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Senior Leadership
- Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management and governance forums
- Drive awareness programs and training sessions across the organization
Key Requirements:
- 9-14 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning / Operational Resilience
- Strong understanding of BCM frameworks, ISO 22301 standards, and regulatory expectations
- Experience in conducting BIAs, risk assessments, and crisis management exercises
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent preferred
