Description:


- The AVP - Brand, Social Media & Communications will be the strategic custodian of the brand, responsible for elevating the organisations presence among HNI & UHNI clientele across digital, offline, and experiential touchpoints.

- This role demands a refined understanding of premium financial services, strong storytelling capability, and the ability to translate business goals into impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership:

- Drive brand strategy, positioning, and expression across all channels for Private Wealth, Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Franchise and related businesses.

- Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual language across internal and external communications.

- Lead brand campaigns - conceptualisation, execution, measurement, and optimisation.

- Manage agency partners for brand strategy, creative development, events, and digital communication.

Social Media & Digital Presence:

- Build and execute a high-impact social media strategy tailored for HNI/UHNI audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Meta and emerging relevant platforms.

- Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and platform-specific engagement strategies.

- Establish thought leadership through curated content, CXO visibility, and data-backed storytelling.

- Monitor brand sentiment and digital reputation, ensuring proactive communication and risk management.

Communications:

- Lead customer communication initiatives: announcements, advisories, customer engagement and leadership communication.

- Create compelling narratives for newsletters, investor communication, presentations, whitepapers, and keynotes.

- Support internal communication for culture, achievements, and leadership messaging.

Performance, Analytics & Governance:

- Define performance KPIs across brand and social media initiatives; track and optimise outcomes.

- Maintain regulatory compliance in all communication (SEBI, NSE, BSE, internal governance).

- Build dashboards for visibility to leadership and business teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Master's in any related field.

- Deep understanding of HNI/UHNI audience behaviour and premium communication design.

- Strong creative judgement, storytelling ability, and project-management skills.

- Experience handling CXO-level communication
