About the Role:

As AVP - Brand Marketing, you will be the strategic and creative force behind shaping Beyond Appliances as India's most innovative kitchen appliances brand. This is a high- impact leadership role that blends brand storytelling with business performance

Expectations & Scope:

Strategic Brand Leadership:

- Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, positioning, and narrative for Beyond Appliances

- Build long-term brand equity while supporting near-term business goals

Integrated Campaign Management:

- Lead 360- brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, PR, and retail

- Partner with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver high-quality work

- Oversee product launches and seasonal brand initiatives

Consumer & Market Intelligence:

- Deeply understand modern Indian kitchens, consumers, and cultural shifts

- Use research, analytics, and social listening to identify whitespace opportunities

Business-Driven Brand Marketing:

- Drive awareness, consideration, and preference through brand-led initiatives

- Ensure creative and media investments link back to business outcomes

Strategy, Analytics & Effectiveness:

- Define brand KPIs including brand health and campaign effectiveness

- Track performance and optimize strategy based on learnings

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Product, Sales, Growth, Performance Marketing, Retail, and PR teams

- Act as the internal custodian of brand consistency

Brand Governance & Identity:

- Own brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity

- Ensure consistency across content, packaging, retail, and communications

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Build and mentor a high-performing brand and creative team

- Foster a culture of strategic thinking and accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of brand marketing experience

- Background in consumer brands (FMCG, D2C, appliances, lifestyle, tech)

- Proven experience handling creative and media agencies

- Strong strategic thinking and creative judgment
