Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end administration and governance of employee benefits programs including health, insurance, wellness, and retirement plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Lead benefits communication strategy, ensuring employees understand and maximize the value of the programs offered.
- Support annual benefits renewal, vendor negotiations, and implementation of new benefits initiatives, leveraging data to drive program enhancements.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 10 years of experience in employee benefits or total rewards, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or specialist capacity.
- Strong understanding of benefits regulations, plan design, and compliance requirements across relevant geographies.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, analyze program data, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
