Role Overview:
As AVP - Banking Alliances & Account Management, you will play a strategic client-facing leadership role managing and growing relationships with India's top 14 banks. You will be responsible for delivering seamless service, enhancing engagement, and driving revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and solution innovation across our suite of products-digital rewards, corporate gifting, loyalty solutions, cashback programs, e-gift cards, and white-label platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
- Own and manage key relationships with top banking clients (PSUs, private, and multinational banks).
- Serve as the primary liaison ensuring high client satisfaction and business continuity.
- Build quarterly and annual account plans to meet revenue and engagement goals.
Revenue Growth & Cross-Selling:
- Identify growth opportunities across digital rewards, loyalty, gifting, and white-label products.
- Drive up-sell and cross-sell initiatives through consultative engagement and business insights.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to co-create tailored solutions for banking partners.
Service Excellence & Delivery:
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, redemptions, and integrations through coordination with delivery teams.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and client feedback to maintain superior service standards.
- Resolve escalations with agility and customer-first focus.
Strategic Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work with product and technology teams to implement API integrations and white-label solutions for banking partners.
- Stay updated on fintech, loyalty, and digital currency trends to position GyFTR as a thought leader in the banking ecosystem.
- Represent GyFTR at client presentations, reviews, and industry forums.
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead a team of key account managers and executives, ensuring continuous skill development and performance excellence.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and ownership within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in banking alliances, account management, or partnerships in fintech, BFSI, loyalty, or digital rewards industries.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through key client relationships.
- Strong understanding of banking reward programs, loyalty systems, and digital gifting ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a high bias for action and problem-solving.
- Leadership experience managing a high-performing client servicing or partnerships team.
