Description:
We are hiring a senior leader to drive large-scale organizational change & transformation programs for global clients. The role sits within the Workforce Transformation practice and requires strong consulting expertise, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to shape and deliver end-to-end change strategies across complex programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Change Strategy & Design:
- Lead the end-to-end OCM strategy for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Define change roadmap, stakeholder engagement plan, communication strategy, and adoption approach.
- Partner with senior business and technology leaders to diagnose change impact and design the right interventions.
2. Program Leadership:
- Manage multiple change engagements across industries and geographies.
- Drive seamless execution of change plansincluding communications, training, readiness, governance, and change measurement.
- Ensure timely delivery, risk management, and quality assurance.
3. People & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, change managers, and analysts.
- Engage with CXO/CHRO-level stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure adoption of change initiatives.
- Build strong internal relationships across practices, business units, and global teams.
4. Change Enablement & Adoption:
- Oversee creation of change assets: training content, communication packs, leadership messages, playbooks, and adoption dashboards.
- Measure adoption success and drive continuous improvement.
5. Practice Development:
- Contribute to building OCM methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators.
- Support solutioning, proposals, and pursuits for new consulting opportunities.
- Mentor junior talent and strengthen the firms change capability.
Preferred Profile:
- 15-20 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Talent Transformation, HR Consulting, or Business Transformation.
- Strong exposure to enterprise-scale transformations such as digital, technology, org redesign, M&A, culture change, or operating model change.
- Prior experience in consulting firms or in-house transformation roles.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing 20-100+ member teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, executive presence, and problem-solving skills.
- Prosci or similar certification preferred (not mandatory).
