Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver AI/ML/GenAI solutions using AWS services across one or more industry verticals (CPG, BFSI, etc.

- Architect and implement solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex, Connect, Amazon Q, and AWS AI toolchains.

- Apply Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures to solve client business problems.

- Lead initiatives in Agentic AI frameworks to solve business use cases.

- Lead delivery teams through all phases: data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

- Develop project blueprints, solution documentation, and delivery roadmaps aligned with client expectations.

- Drive AI solution integration into production systems in collaboration with digital product and engineering teams.

- Conduct applied research on LLMs, NLP/NLU, Deep Learning, and publish technical white papers or patents.

- Engage with C-level and technical stakeholders to align AI strategy with business goals.

- Stay updated on AI advancements and evangelize best practices and innovation within internal and client ecosystems.

- Understanding of responsible AI, AI governance, and model interpretability

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

- MS in Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering, Systems Engineering with relevant experience in Text Mining / Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, Data sciences, Big Data and algorithms.

- Post-Graduation in MBA and Undergraduate degree in any engineering discipline, preferably Computer Science with relevant experience
