Assistant Vice President - Accounts Payable - Digital Rewards & Payment Solutions Provider - CA

An exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead the Accounts Payable function at a rapidly growing digital solutions company. This role involves managing vendor payments, overseeing financial compliance, and driving automation and efficiency in the AP process.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead and supervise the Accounts Payable operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy.

2. Oversee vendor management, ensuring proper invoice verification, timely disbursements, and issue resolution.

3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including TDS, GST, and internal financial controls.

4. Manage month-end closing activities, including expense accruals, provisions, and reconciliation processes.

5. Drive process standardization and automation to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements -

1. CA with 8+ years of experience (including at least 5 years in corporate roles) OR MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of AP experience.

2. Proficiency in Indian accounting standards, especially TDS, GST, and vendor reconciliations.

3. Experience using ERP systems like Tally or similar platforms for AP processing.

4. Strong background in employee reimbursements, invoice validation, and purchase booking.

5. Excellent communication and team management skills; experience handling large volumes of data and working in structured organizations.
