Assistant Vice President - Accounting & Taxation - Family Office - CA

Role Overview:

A strategic finance leadership opportunity within a Family Office setup, focused on managing domestic and international accounting, taxation, and compliance. The role demands deep expertise in FEMA, RBI regulations, and cross-border structures, with exposure to UHNI environments or Big 4 consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accounting, taxation, and compliance across domestic and offshore entities

- Ensure regulatory adherence (FEMA, RBI, Income Tax, International Taxation)

- Drive tax planning, audits, filings, and dispute resolution

- Consolidate financials across investments and structures

- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and legal advisors

- Advise on tax-efficient structures and cross-border transaction

Ideal Candidate:

- CA with 13-20 years of experience in UHNI/Family Office setups or Big 4 firms

- Strong command of FEMA, international taxation, and accounting standards

- Proven leadership in managing advisors, stakeholders, and compliance frameworks

- Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and governance
