Our products are widely used in engineering, automotive, power, infrastructure, and heavy industries.


Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 8 to 12 years in industrial sales & marketing.

- Mandatory: Proven track record of handling Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients (e.g., large enterprises in power, oil & gas, or heavy industries).

- Strong business acumen with experience in distributor/channel management and team leadership.

- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and develop growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement sales and business strategies for the Gujarat region.

- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with PSU clients and other industrial customers.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.

- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, distributor/channel management, and team development.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) standards.

- Conduct regular market research, competitor tracking, and prepare detailed sales reports for management.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives
