About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our water treatment products within the assigned territory. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and mentoring the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales performance in the assigned area to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team to improve productivity and achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- MBA (Mandatory) with 2-5 years of sales experience in water treatment or related industries (Pharma, Chemicals, Pumps, Water Chemicals).
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and motivate a team.
